Artwork & Collectibles Verification & Shipping Disclaimer

At PopShopLife, we take authenticity seriously—especially when it comes to premium collectibles such as Funko Pop! figures, Bearbrick, KAWS, Kidrobot, and other limited-edition or artist-signed artwork.

To ensure you receive genuine, undamaged, and verified products, all artwork and collectible items go through a strict multi-step verification process before being shipped. This includes:

  • Authenticity Review & Brand Verification (Funko, Bearbrick, KAWS, etc.)

  • 🔍 Payment Fraud Screening

  • 🖼️ Visual Inspection for Flaws or Damage

  • 📸 Photo Documentation of Rare or High-Value Pieces

  • 📦 Custom Protective Packaging

Due to this process, shipping timelines for collectibles may extend up to 4 weeks from the date of purchase.

⚠️ ID & Payment Verification (Required for Certain Orders)

For first-time buyers, orders over a certain dollar amount, or any transaction flagged by our fraud detection system, we require additional customer verification before processing. This includes:

  • A clear image of a valid government-issued photo ID (you may cover your address)

  • A photo of the credit or debit card used showing only the last 4 digits, name, and expiration date (all other details should be covered)

📧 Please send these verification materials to support@popshoplife.com within 48 hours of placing your order. If we do not receive the requested documents, your shipment may be delayed beyond the 4-week window or canceled for security reasons.

These precautions are in place to protect our community of collectors and ensure every item sold through PopShopLife remains authentic, safe, and special. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding as we uphold these standards.

 

🚫 Fraud Detection & Enforcement Policy

PopShopLife maintains a zero-tolerance policy for fraudulent activity.

All orders placed on our website are subject to automated and manual fraud screening. We reserve the right to cancel or hold any order at our discretion if it is flagged for suspicious activity—this includes mismatched billing/shipping details, the use of proxy or VPN networks, high-risk IP addresses, or unverifiable payment methods.

🔎 Orders Over $250 USD

If an order totaling $250 USD or more is flagged for fraud for any reason, the following actions may be taken:

  • Immediate cancellation of the order

  • Permanent ban of the customer account

  • Reporting to law enforcement and anti-fraud agencies, including submission of all associated IP addresses, transaction data, and account activity

These measures are in place to protect our customers, our team, and the collectible and specialty snack communities we serve. We actively cooperate with payment processors and legal authorities to ensure all fraudulent attempts are prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.
